The matrix above is an illustration of a YouTube job. Two hooks, four lengths and two shapes make 16 files. The bars show how the 60-second master keeps the full body while the 6-second cut keeps only the hook, a short body and the end card.
1. Brief and file list
You share the footage, the platforms and the placements. We turn that into a file list: every master, length, shape and variation with its name. The quote is built from that list, with revision rounds and a delivery date, and work starts when you accept it.
2. Master cut
We edit the longest version first, with captions, music, graphics and the end card. You review it on a link and leave notes at exact moments. This is the stage for changes to the message, the order and the wording, because every other file inherits them.
3. Cutdowns and resizes
Once the master is approved, we cut each shorter length and reframe each shape. Text and graphics are rebuilt for every shape so they stay readable and inside the safe areas.
4. Variations
Hooks, text, offers and end cards are swapped in, one change per version unless you ask otherwise. You review a contact sheet of openings before the full set is exported.
5. Delivery
Files arrive in folders by platform, named by your approved scheme, with a list of what each file is for. Extra rounds or new versions beyond the quote are priced before we start them.
